IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW PRIOR TO POWDER COATING

Cleaning of Parts: Please make sure your parts are degreased, clean and dry.

What to Remove: Make sure there are no bushings, bearings, seals, races, rubber, plastic, valve stems,
weights or labels with your parts.

Sandblasting: All parts require sandblasting and hand sanding prior to powder coating. Blasting charges
vary due to the difficulty of the part to be blasted.

Masking: We are very familiar with what needs to be masked and will automatically do this. When required
we will use silicon plugs and high temperature tape. If you have a specific request, please make us aware.

DBS Powder Coat is not responsible for the structural integrity of items due to age
and condition prior to restorations. DBS Powder Coat is not responsible for holes due to rust after the sandblasting process or breakage of bolts during the disassembly or assembly process.
